Modulo Risk Manager Software Stands Out in Leading Analyst Firm's MarketScope for IT GRCM

MONTCLAIR, New Jersey, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Modulo (www.modulo.com), a leading provider of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT GRC) solutions, was highlighted as one of the global leaders in Gartner's April 2009 MarketScope for IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Management (IT-GRCM). Modulo's Risk Manager(TM) software was considered one of the most flexible offerings in the segment and received a positive rating.

Modulo was one of 10 vendors evaluated in the growing IT-GRCM space. The report rated vendors on a number of criteria including market understanding, customer experience, product strategy, sales execution and operations. According to Gartner, Modulo has mature products that will ensure good results in the U.S. market. The software Modulo Risk Manager(TM) is also highlighted in MarketScope for ITGRCM 2009 for its good flexibility in control mapping and policy as well as good auditor workflow support. The document stresses that it is an "out-of-the-box" (OOTB) IT GRC solution. "Modulo Risk Manager is an OOTB product that supports the self-assessment, audit support and automated GCC use cases," Gartner says. The report also indicates Modulo's strengths in growing its partner network and specifically mentions that "IBM Global Services uses Modulo in its risk assessment consulting engagements."
