Company to Discuss the Impact of BYOx and Analytics on Education at EDUCAUSE 2014

(Nasdaq: EXTR) today announced it will join industry leaders at EDUCAUSE 2014 to share insights and predictions on how technology will impact teaching and learning in higher education. To stay relevant in today's highly competitive education market, universities need to provide the best resources available to prepare students for the future, and technology is no exception. At EDUCAUSE, prominent higher education CIOs and customers will join Extreme Networks to discuss technology trends and developments in education, with interactive demos focusing on digital student analytics, software-defined networking (SDN), high performance Wi-Fi and BYOx. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) has now transitioned to BYOx, meaning Bring Your Own anything, including devices, applications, data, cloud, wearables and technology.
