Infinera and KEMP Join the OpenDaylight Project to Enable Open Software-Defined Networking

Project Grows to 41 Member Companies Supporting the World's Largest Developer Community for Open SDN and NFV

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/04/14 -- The OpenDaylight Project, a community-led and industry-supported open source platform to advance Software-Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV), today announced that Infinera and KEMP Technologies have joined the project to further the development of a common, open platform for network programmability. This brings the member total to 41 with a growing developer community that now exceeds 220 people working collaboratively across company lines on open source software to advance SDN and NFV.
