Eng Lian Enterprise Sdn Bhd Selects Yardi Voyager 7S in Malaysia

Yardi announced today that Malaysian commercial and residential property developer Eng Lian Enterprise Sdn Bhd selected Yardi Voyager® 7S as its new property management and accounting platform.

After recently completing an organisational restructuring designed to create a more integrated and efficient structure, Eng Lian sought to obtain a new technology platform with complementary attributes. The company selected Voyager 7S, a browser-agnostic, mobile enabled Software as a Service platform that utilises the latest in cloud service technologies.

“We’ve been using Yardi software for over ten years and have been very happy with how the software has performed. With new GST regulations coming on in Malaysia, our group saw this time as an opportunity to upgrade to the latest software from Yardi. Voyager 7S allows us to create a new vision for our real estate operations. Its workflow and template tools give us greater transparency in our processes, reduce risk and provide greater certainty for all of our stake holders,” said Jing Yuan Ng, Director of Eng Lian. “It will also help us adopt industry best practices across the board and increase the level of services that we can provide our tenants.”

“We are pleased to extend our partnership with the Eng Lian team and look forward to helping them meet their strategic goals and growth forecasts through the adoption of Voyager 7S,” said Neal Gemassmer, vice president of international for Yardi.
