Scottish Provider Fluency Enhances Ethernet Services with Overture Solutions

Overture, innovating at the metro edge for service providers and network operators worldwide, today announced Fluency Communications Ltd., a growing Scottish wholesale network operator, is deploying its Ethernet over Copper (EoC) platforms as part of a network expansion and strategic initiative to offer improved, highly scalable Carrier Ethernet services with much lower latency and greater resiliency than currently available.
